This week’s Willamette Week runs a review of Carboni’s, a pizza/bbw shoppe located at 3925 NE MLK:
The reviewer is not impressed with Carboni’s, its barbeque a ‘lost cause’ and the service ‘flighty at best and downright neglectful at worst, and she calls on Carboni’s to stop attempting to be both a pizza and bbq joint.
Interestingly, Carboni’s (website here) began life in September 2007 as ‘Wildfire Wood Fire Pizza & BBQ,’ announced a name change to ‘Good Smoke Wood Fire Pizza and BBQ’ around the end of the year, and finally (?) settled on Carboni’s in January 2008.
