Don’t Shoot Portland & Black Live Matter are holding a rally and march from Peninsula Park, heading down MLK Boulevard to the Convention Center. Meet up at Peninsula Park at 1 pm, 700 N. Rosa Parks Way. A children’s march will be the focu of the march itself.
